RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Customers purchase and use our products at your own discretion
Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchange of items are not permissible unless items received are defective or wrongly delivered.
WRONG ITEM DELIVERED
If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please drop us an email at wheebeauty@gmail.com, and we will advise you on the returns accordingly.
To qualify for the return/exchange, please ensure that:
1) All components of item(s) are intact.
2) Item is unused.
3) Item is not opened, unless in case of defect.
Upon stringent checks, should we find that the item/s do not qualify our Return/Exchange Policy, we will not hesitate to reject the request.
A one-to-one exchange of the same item will proceed once we receive the returned parcel. In the event that the item/s you originally purchased is/are out of stock, a full refund will be processed.
Please note that returns/exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Wheebeauty reserves all rights to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges.
