Bulgarian Rose Toner
A natural rose toner made from bulgarian rose petals that has been distilled twice
for a more concentrated rose hydrosol.
Unlike rose waters, rose hydrosols are more likely to retain natural vitamins,
minerals and scent of the rose petals.
The two-time distillation process extracts smaller molecules that can directly penetrate into the skin layer to increase skin vitality and hydrate the skin.
